1) What is the cost of sponsoring?
We do not want to publish our prices for ads and sponsor
on the web. We prefer to discuss this by sending you an
email of our services. Simple information about individual
or business ad with 3-4 short lines is the cheapest and
several pages complete with pictures will be definitely
require more time in design will cost a little bit more.
This cost will be a one time set up fee and afterwards, a
monthly maintenance fee.

2) How about a banner ad?
Depending on the banner location on the web site, the
front page will be more expensive and since banner ad
will entail more design time, set up cost will be a little
bit more.
3) Is there a contract for ad and sponsorship?
We believe 1 year is reasonable enough. But the cost of
annual sponsorship is relatively lower than the annual ad
cost with other medium. It will be more beneficial to have
a presence in the long run.
4) Is this cost a tax deductible expense?
Yes, as advertising cost, however, consult your tax consultant
for this matter.
5) Will you provide the business with e-mails as well as my
employees?
Register for free e-mails. You can place the e-mail address as
well in your business cards, so people can communicate with you
thru the Internet.
6) Can I put this web page ad in my business card and in my other
advertising say,in the newspaper?
Yes, definitely. We will even tell you the exact URL (address)
of your web page so they easily see the ad by just putting
the URL on their search.
7) If we have a question, how can we get hold of you?
By email, the fastest way to get hold of us. We will respond the
fastest we can possibly.Please indicate in your email any phone no.
we can call just in case we need to.
8) How else you can promote our business?
If we have enough advertisers, we will publish our own directory.
However, this will be another matter which we'll discuss in another
forum.
We will try to promote the site to increase traffic and through
this effort we will increase awareness to your services or
goods. Though we're getting a good number of hits, we believe
that there's always room for improvements.
9) Can we design our web page?
No. We prefer that we control this phase as it will involved some
security on our part.

1) What is the objective of this "free advertising"?
This is for inviduals who would like to sell their properties
(For Sale By Owners), used cars ( no agents), used items and
other items that are not needed any more. But definitely
no agents advertising. Business ads are welcome as sponsors.
We will exercise our discretion in what ads we will publish.
2) How long will this free ad will run?
Normally, 30 days depending on how many ads we will get on a
given month. If request is heavy we will give priority to the
new ones.
3) Can we include pictures in the free ad?
No, it will take so much memory to put pictures on the web.
But if some one will be interested, you may send the individual
an e-mail attachment directly. We will only make them aware of
what you have.
4) How many lines are these free ads?
Maximum of 40 words per free ad, This size will include any
contact info.
5) Are you guranteeing the validity and accuracy of the free ad?
Definitely 'No'.
6) Do we need to tell you if have sold the item or changed our
mind and sell it anymore?
Yes, please.
What are the rules in Free Announcements?
a) All announcements must be for the coming events.
b) Must be an announcement of a group or community activities.
Maximum of 70 words including contact info.
c) Weddings, engagements, birthdays, childbirth, confirmation and
other similar occassions will be limited to 50 words.
d) No pictures please.
e) Announcements will run for 1 month only. If space is available
we may extend them but on a case to case basis.
What are the rules for the 'Consumer Gripes'?
a) A real authenticated consumer gripe.
b) We are not responsible for any legal implication of this
complaint.So make sure your complaint can hold water.
c) We prefer complaints on products and services with
corporate affiliation rather than individual contractor
such as real estate agents, insurance agents, lawyers, etc.-
individual contractors have licenses and the proper venues
will be the licensing agencies of the state or city.
d) A rebuttal, if any, will be published side by side with
gripe. All resolved complaints must disclosed by the person
responsible for the complaint.
What are the rules for 'Photo' submission?
a) All pictures submitted will be owned by www.epilipinas.com
and will not be returned after publication.
b) We reserved the right to resize, enhance and modify the
picture to suit our standard.
c) We will notify the person of publication of the submitted
photo so please include name, email address and residence
address (optional).
d) Caption may be included to describe the photo but we
reserved the right to edit it.
e) Please do not submit photos that are in bad taste or that
will reflect a bad image of the country and it's people.
a) Article for publication must contain source (url or web
address) if not submitted by the author himself or herself.
b) We reserve the right to publish the article.
c) We may not publish the article per see but with quote some
lines and will point to the URL address for the whole content
of the article.
d) Please submit name and email address together with the article.
